The Employability Skill Certification Programme takes an activity-based approach to raise learner's awareness about employer expectations and the working environment. This Program designed to develop learners' skills in self-management; team working; problem-solving; communication; IT in the workplace; applying for a job; exploring job opportunities; how to face interviews confidently, rights and responsibilities at work; and health and safety in the workplace. The program also exposes them to mock interview practice sessions.
